Endless Pool Training

Based in Camberley, we offer coaching sessions at our Endless Pool Facility.

Here you will be coached in the privacy, comfort, and safety of our own pool and, with the pool being shallow with adjustable currents, this training is suitable for all levels of fitness and ability from beginners through to experienced swimmers.

Once you are in the pool and you’ve adjusted to swimming against a current, this session involves analysing your stroke and swim technique and then providing you with the drills to integrate improvements.  With the lack of interruption combined with a consistent current speed, we can correct techniques and movements right away and help you to embed your stroke into your muscle memory more quickly.

If you are an open water swimmer, you’d rarely experience smooth water, so swimming in the endless pool enables you to experience current resistance first hand.  With the resistance of the water, it quickly highlights the inefficiency of your stroke and allows us to make adjusts in real time. 

To fast track your improvements these sessions can be combined with a swim lesson in the lake.
