1-2-1 Lake Lessons

Based at our location at QuaySwim Lake, Mychett we offer swim lessons.

With one of our team beside you all the time in their kayak we will follow on with the coaching you have previously received or, will analyse your swim, see where improvements can be made and give you on the spot recommendations to improve your technique.  It could be you are having problems with a specific stroke or are just wanting to feel more confident in the water.

These sessions are great for all levels and abilities but if you are unsure of what sort of coaching would suit you best get in touch with one of the team and they will advise.
