Front Crawl Improver
Based at the QuaySwim lake, Mychett, we offer group Intermediate Breaststroke to Front Crawl sessions for up to 6 persons.
These sessions are designed for those who have completed our Beginners session and are ready to progress their Front Crawl technique further.
The objective of these sessions is to progress the propulsion aspect of the stroke through a number of 'Scullings'
Starting in our lakeside classroom you'll recap on your previous session before learning these new techniques and then putting your skills into practice in the lake.
The price will include the cost of your entrance to the lake and enabling you to enjoy a swim after your coaching if you wish.
