Pool to Open Water Drop In Session
Our adult group sessions at Aldershot Garrison’s 50m pool are now open for booking. Each lane accommodates up to six swimmers, creating a supportive and structured environment for all abilities.
Who can join These sessions are suitable for swimmers from beginner to advanced, including pool and open‑water swimmers. You’ll just need to be able to swim 50m confidently.

What’s included You’ll receive a structured session plan, and our coach will be poolside throughout to offer guidance, technique support, and encouragement.
