Pool to Open Water Drop In Session
Our adult group sessions at Aldershot Leisure Centre (Lido) pool are now open for booking. Each lane accommodates up to six swimmers, creating a supportive and structured environment.
Who can join These sessions are suitable for swimmers who are able to comfortably swim at least 100m with a combination of strokes.
Perfect if you are a triathlete or Master Swimmer wanting to:

What’s included You’ll receive a structured session plan, and our coach will be poolside throughout to offer guidance, technique support, and encouragement.
Cost: £15.00 for a 60 minute session.
