Winter might have been quiet on the water, but behind the scenes we've been busy getting everything ready for Spring.

You may have spotted the team giving our lakeside shop a little glow-up, new suppliers, fresh stock, a reshuffle, and a mini refurb to brighten things up.

We've also been scheduling our open-water coaching sessions ready for May, supporting swimmers at the Garrison pool who want to sharpen their front crawl before heading back into the lake and contiuning to build exciting collaborations with tour partners

Our lakeside shop has had a little winter makeover and we're excited to open the doors for the new season.  With fresh stock , new suppliers and a brighter, refreshed space, we're now fully set to support everytone from triathletes to complete beginners.  Come and visit Rob, Karen and Dave, have a browse, and see what's new next time you're at the lake or take a look online

Our coaching team are all set.  They're looking forward to welcoming you to our coaching sessions at the lake and our Endless Pool facility.  They start this month with sessions through out the week and at weekends - why not take a browse and see what we have on offer.  Need some help get in touch.

We are proud of our new collaboration with Brownlee Fitness.  Founded by Olymic and World Champion brothers Alistair and Jonny Brownlee.  Brownlee Fintess delivers world class triathlon coaching built on their elite training philosophy.  Their programmes combine structured swim, bike, run and strengthening sessions with expert guidance, data driven insights and a supportive community.  Look out for more on this in the coming months.

The Dorney Lake Triathlon Series kicks off on Saturday 2nd May, and we’ll be offering wetsuit hire for the event, along with being on-site for any last‑minute kit needs - come say hello to Rob & Dave if you’re attending.  See future dates to pop in your diary

Have you heard about our pool to open water drop in sessions that we are running at Aldershot Garrison 50m pool on a Tuesday evenings between 8:30pm -9:30pm, £15 Book, turn up, well provide you with a session plan and Martin our coach will be on hand if you have any questions - a great opportunity to refine your Front Crawl before heading back to the open water.
