Introduction to Open Water Swimming

This session is for those who are new to swimming in open water and who are looking to be more prepared before their first swim.

We'll cover everything from

What to wear
Swim duration
Afterdrop and signs of hypothermia
Post swim
and all those things like will there be fish and weed.

You 'll be part of a group of up to 12 swimmers and it begin in the classroom where you will learn all the theory and then spend time in the lake in two groups to put into practice what you have learned.
